How to Make this cake:
FIRST DAY:
1) No baking cake: Lemon flavour Foundation & Ingredient: NO BAKING CHEESE CAKE (Please link it)
This is no baking cake will be done the day before.
2) Roselle flower jelly: Natural red color from my cooking 【Roselle flower sirup】
a. KONJAC JELLY POWDER: 50gms
b. cool drinking water: 300ml
c. Roselle flower sirup: 100ml
d. cool drinking water: 150ml
(How to make it: a + b melted and boiled then cool down 85 degree C ......pending
c + d stirring it and a Roselle flower juice
Above these two steps combined together.
filling in a round or rectangular flat plate: about 15cm x 20cm x 1cm deeper
is enough for making 0.5cm thickness jelly sheet. ( please put in the refrigerator till next morning)
The second day: Please ready the decoration materail for green leaves
and glutin cover over all the cake
cover gelutin: a. KONJAC JELLY POWDER: 50gms
b. cool drinking water: 600ml
a + b melted and boiled then cool down 85 degree C ..... ( Transparent color)
Green leaf: take some spoons Jelly liquid to the green color
When we finished above decoration (flower and peach can fruit),
then pouring the transporation jelly liquid cover this cake
after cover the transporation, then put the green leaf jelly over the central.
finished all that, put it in the refrigerator about 3~4 hours again.
then it cool down。
the outter round ring: we can use the very sharper knife to cut along the inner side of round ring.
put on the bigger plate to show it
