我 這 個 暖身活動唱謠., 也是 在3年前編寫及「曲.」, 都是兒童耳熟能詳的英文單字 and 動作 . 我自己最喜歡 這2句: Take your chair and put it down.
為了配合我們故事場地 ,而且我們的暖身活動. 進入尾聲 , 剛好 請小朋友可以收心安靜: Turn around and please sit down., 最後的 一段是迎接我們故事老師喔! 所 以 我 也特喜歡這 首童謠. 只是我不會寫五線譜., 但這些都自己編詞及唱出來. 不知這樣是否也算是編曲 ? 一直以來., 我都非常尊重創作著的創意., (我經營外貿生意已數十年. 尊重創作是很基本的道德.), 但去年看到盛行的 每人都擁有"部落格" 偶而看到有人摘下別人寫的一些心得及千心萬苦集思廣益所發表
的 言論,被複製到自己的網誌上.因為我看到好的評論我會用手寫記錄下來及寫上日期., 但看到不同的網誌有相同 的言論 Po上 的 日期 差了數月., 心理不免很困惑.,可以這樣做嗎? 所以遲遲不敢寫網誌.一來其實工作也較忙. 我相信這 應該是少數人的作為., 所以今年才試著在這裡跟大家分享~

花干串豬柳
喜歡創作料理: 最近常做的 一道菜餚: 花干串豬柳
材料: 2 塊花干,
3 片排骨肉片(無骨) ( 1公分厚片)
辛香調味料: 九層塔適量, 蔥 一支，辣椒一支.,白胡椒粉適量, 地瓜粉 3 大 匙, 鹽 少 許, 糖 一小 匙, 醬 油 膏 2 大 匙. 清水 2大匙, 油 1小匙, 及 2大匙油起鍋用
作法: 1.將花干照花紋切片在切斷半- 備用
2.排骨肉片切條 一公分寬: 加入鹽,糖,胡椒粉,一匙油. 充分混均勻後加予按摩反覆翻攪.等 5分鐘後再加地瓜粉再充分讓豬肉條裹上粉－ 備用
3. 洗淨的九層塔葉 , 蔥切斷 ，辣椒去籽切段．，備用.
4. 起鍋-鍋燒熱無水滴，才加油，將油延鍋邊炒到熱油（不用到冒煙）一方面讓鍋子都沾滿油，及熱鍋，(這樣不會沾鍋）
將２料 均勻放入鍋中乾煎第一次翻鏟要等１－２分鐘 第２次翻鏟等１分鐘 : 之後就翻炒幾見豬肉條外表變淡即可加入１料
翻炒幾下：加水，加醬油膏在 翻炒幾下．，蓋鍋悶燒 ３－５分鐘掀蓋 加入蔥段, 辣椒及九層塔葉．炒數下即可盛盤．

竹筍肉包-120610 ( 當季竹筍便宜又好吃)
從小愛吃麵食- 今天天氣不錯.,做包子最好的天氣~
份量：52～55 個( 每個 直徑約7公分大小）
材料:1. 外 皮: 中筋麵粉1600公克.
細顆粒發粉1包,
40。C 溫水 600cc.,
奶粉2大 匙,
砂糖 2 小匙
鹽 1 小 匙
油 一大匙
2. 內 餡: 絞肉1.5斤(瘦肥約1: 1/2) ,
竹筍一大 支 (約 1 斤重) ,(剝殼去粗纖維 , 洗淨, 切 細 丁備用)
蝦皮一把(洗淨,擠乾水份), 蔥 2 支(洗淨切碎), 白胡椒粉少 許., 香油 2 大 匙, 鹽４大匙，醬油 １大匙
作法: 1. 先將 1 料 完全混合(水要慢慢加也許多些,或少些) .直至乾麵粉初步都成散散麵條狀. 就不要加水了.
搓柔.推揉 (使生筋) 直到麵團不沾手.使麵團成圓滑面, 取出鋼盆(大過麵團2.5 倍 ) 裡面周圍撒些麵粉, 將麵團圓滑面朝上放入鋼盆上面蓋上
洗菜用的漏水的網籃． 倒扣！上面蓋上擠乾的濕，放置一小時．等待完全發酵，
２．剛剛搓揉完成麵團，在等待發酵的同時，將２料充分混合要用手多抓肉餡盡量成漿．蒸好的內餡較不會散 ）記得包餡前要放冰箱冷藏 20-30分鐘
較易包餡．
３．開始成形包餡做好約8 個時, 蒸鍋就可以開火., 等到水開了才將已第-2次發酵的包子放入蒸籠, 蒸20分鐘, 包子 就完成了., 這樣照 著順序做.,很快就完成所有的包子
附註: 家裡人口少, 可將 多做的包子放入塑膠袋放冰箱冷凍庫, 要 吃多少再拿出蒸10分鐘., 上班上學的家人有個快速, 衛生 又好吃的早餐

星期六 到圖書館講故事., 這是第5 次 在 98年 時 絞盡腦 汁., 想要給小朋友看看變色龍會隨著環境而變色. 於 時自行畫了故事中每一角色及不同季節的葉片.
愛編歌的我 編唱及編詞. 這首 kid's song: Chameleon, Chameleon, What's your color ? 當年我的這首童謠, 我不知已深深烙印在我的小聽眾 Allen.
因在隔年時我的夥伴也要講這個故事時, Allen 居然指著我說., 老師講過這個故事而且唱ˋ著 Chameleon Chameleon What's your colors. 好感動! 我用心呈現 及準備的故事時間, 雖是志工( 無給職的工作), 有聽眾聽進去了.,而且會記在心中. 感謝 Allen and 他的媽咪(鄭XX)
前幾天在 準備時., 我又有新點子新編的 另一首跟這故事有關的童謠 帶出此故事喔! ,

It's really ? Why ? 中場我可以加些歌謠., 必竟英文非我們主要語言., 太拘謹會讓小朋友怯步., A Color of his own 繪本插圖已非常明亮鮮麗. 我更希望小朋友對內容印象深刻., 我將之前編的 " Chameleon, Chameleon, What's your color ? " 一方面可以 讓小朋友先聽聽顏色的歌., 有好的繪本加持.

In an autumn, The wind blows and blows and shaken the seel sailing for across far away. Over across the land,
The big seed fly too high than it was burnt under the hot sun, one seed sails too fast to fall down to the ocean.
and when the seed fly on the ice-mountain. You need courage up yourself. Otherwise you will froze to be die.
So the tiny seed are so brave and find the good land and some sun shine and few rains than she will be blooming the bigest flower. But when the wind blows again .......
3. Activity: Every kid are likly the flower.

are mostly during 5~8 ages old. So they are so fun to sing this song and warm-up are so happily. But this time. upon the storytelling time many audiance are coming. Parent are accompanied with their children. They are almost new friends and the kid's age are mostly during 3-5 ages old. My partner had running the other story in the first. Which can be checked out mostly of them are initial enjoying the english story time.
Because they are so shy. Don't be shy. Just for fun!

Are you going to school ?
If you are going home from school.
Do you have classmates accompany with your home way ?
That will be a funny time to chat with classmates on my way home.
