上星期在圖書館說故事:《Guji Guji》
, 雖然說完故事,還是意猶未盡,想當初,第一次要去講這個故事時,備課時心裡一直忐忑不安<深怕這本故事的內容蠻多的,英文內容用詞用字又似乎對我們新北市圖書館的聽故事小朋友會難了些>,當時做了需多由卵孵出的PeeKaBoo 蛋道具,給小朋友的延伸活動在玩遊戲中有認知的學習,而那些艱深的字彙裡,我用肢體或道具來支援我說故事,沒想到說故事時,那些小朋友都沒覺得無聊而走開,而且故事中有看到他們的笑臉(情節有趣時),也有他們靜靜地聽(情節悲傷時,或可惡的3隻壞鱷魚嘲笑跟無理的要求時,事後還有學齡前兒童過來跟LaLa 說她很喜歡這個故事,也喜歡我說這個故事.上星期依然如此,第一次說這個故事就準備記住故事情節跟文字內容,(因為台灣版的Guji Guji是中文在大圖文頁中,英文內容的插圖是相對較小而且在後面)即時這次的備課,我還是要再次複習再默背.
今天為了將到來的母親節,還是想到母愛的偉大,才回想上星期的圖書館說的為母親節介紹的這本「跨界之愛」的繪本 《Guji Guji》我用 the love in different animals 來表達,但知道好像不對,再次查詢跨界之愛的英文說法(Crossover Love) 才又去看外國網站的 Good Read reviews.
........... ( 雖然大部分都說 like ,但也看到2-3個 不怎麼喜歡, 其中一位的觀點, 我卻忍不住想跟她分享我的看法,或者是自己的喜好吧! 作為一位Storyteller, 應該是要很中立吧? )以下是我的想法:

your review. I feel that is sorry you are similar not liking this book. I am
storyteller. I had told this picture book some times in Library , I like this
sentence: Guji Guji said : I am not walking like a duck, I am a duck. Although
the Guji Guji is really not a duck, I think that he is knew that character
is a duck. ( just like as you said "Be who you are") And as to the
illustrations, Because the author is Taiwanese, I am also Taiwanese, I think I
like his illustrations. Because we have Traditional Chinese painting sense. So this book
illustrations is a little Chinese Painting color ( Dark colors) , And do you
find the page of the Guji Guji is looking down the face of the lake. the shadow
is crocodile or duck? Pls check it again.
