【Halloween's Hat】

 DIY Halloween Hat decoration when your Happy Halloween Party

You need these Material

A) tools

1) a big round pattern ( find a round straight bottle) about 7cm (dia)

2) a small round pattern ( fina a drinking bottle cap) abut 3.5~4 cm (dia)

3) a bottle of acrylic glue

4) a chopstick

5) a pair of cloth seccisor, a pair of  paper seccisor.

B)Materials

1) Orange color Felt Sheet , 30cm * 30cm

2) a pack cotton

3) some rimmed lace.

4) a small piece black EVA sponge

5) 1 pc mini moving eye.

6) a paper board

working:

1) take the paper board to draw a bigger circle with big bottle,  and a small circle with cap

2) cut down the paper board, then having a big round and small round

3) the big round put on the orange felt:  cut out a same size as this big round board . and cut out a bigger (about 1cm wide) than the big round paper board.  ( so now , you have two orange felt sheets.

4) then the leaving orange felt,  please take the corner and folding in a long trangle in double sheets can be around in a cone shape cup.

5) sewing the cone shape cup from the long edge side. as the following first cone cup

6) and revised the inner.  then the sewing thread can be hidden.

7) then filling the cotton in this cone cup,  try to push the cotton to fill inner of the cone leaving

    the cone border about 1cm edge to be a cone lip,  and painting some acrlic glue in the cotton and   

    cone lip around.  quickly to push the small paper board put-into the cone inner. then can be stand

    the cone in the cap.

8) one finger fixed the small paper board, then another hand take a sccissor to cut the cone lip in same small teeth around the lip, Which is same as the following picture.

9) when you cut down all the lip, then the small paper board is also gule tighted with the cotton, so you finger can be losen it.  and paintin the glue again on the semi-finished cone bottom ( glue on the small round  paper board,  and the cone lip (felt rimmed)

10) quickly to stick on the big round paper board. 

11) take the bigger round orange felt: folding in falf,  then cut out the center about 2cm semi-diameter

      semi-round out.  then you will have a hole as likly the picture.  then you can through it put on

      the paper board cone hat.

13) before through it,  pls glue stick the semi-round cone hat the leaving side of bigger paper board.

      when you finished the painting glue, you can through the hole felt sheet and stick them.

14)  take the semi-hat revised: then cut the bigger felt border as the edge of big paper board,

        and also cut the edge in some teeth , 

15)  then painting the glue along the edge side a round glue, then you can folding inner to

       stick it as the picture.

16) all the teeth, stick on the back of  big paper board, then painting the central of paper board ,

      let the glue in full side.

17) then take the small orange felt to match the backer side , then the hat all you can see.

18) the final decorating the hat finished by some rimmed or lace with glue.

19) the final : black EVA sponge cut a small bat, then stick a eye, and stick on the top of hat.

20) final : you can glue a new hair metal clip on the backer,  or final a hair folding metal clip. 

      you can cut the small felt sheet in two small eyes, then let the folding metal clip through the eyes 

      and glued the small felt sheet on the paper board.  then you can hid it. and more fixed on the hat.
